No More Wisdom

This morning we drove forty-five minutes to the oral surgeon where Jon was scheduled to have all four of his wisdom teeth removed. We walked in at 10:10am filled out paper work and paid the bill. Less than five minutes later Jon was taken into the back room. I sat down to read and didn’t even get to finish the chapter when Jon walked out and said “are you ready?” I was dumb-founded! I looked it the clock it read 10:35am, the doctor had removed all four teeth in under 30 minutes. Jon didn’t go to sleep to have his teeth removed; all of his teeth were completely in so it was a less invasive procedure then most. He is doing really well and we are both still in awe of how fast the doctor extracted his teeth. It took us longer to drive there than it did for them to pull his teeth!

Look How Much We've Grown!

6 weeks

I never thought I would look pregnant but the day has finally come. Everyone said it would and they were right.

20 weeks

I don’t seem to notice how round my belly has gotten until I try to squeeze through a small space or when Jon gives me a hug.

27 weeks

Life becomes a little tricky when you have twelve inches all out front that can’t be pushed aside or squished.

30 weeks
Don’t get me wrong though, I won’t change this experience for anything. I have enjoyed every moment and it’s not over yet.

33 weeks
Our little boy is growing very well and is a big mover. He is constantly rearranging my organs and if my ribs could bend anymore they would be in really cool shapes right now.

33 weeks

With only 6 weeks until my due date it’s hard not to become impatient. We are looking forward to meeting our baby boy!

Cars

This past Saturday Jon successfully changed the front brakes of our car while I took pictures. You can be praying that we sell this car. It seems just when we think we have everything fixed something else goes wrong with it.

Valentine's Day

For Valentine’s Day we attended church, which was holding a Valentines Day banquet. While there we enjoyed good food and fellowship. There was a cake action to benefit our youth mission trips and different people got up to share stories of how they met or to sing a song. Jon shared the story of how he proposed to me and then sang the song “my girl”.

I didn’t get any pictures of him singing but did I capture Pastor Steve and his wife Cindy as they sang a song.

A couple was also nominated as the King and Queen of Love for the evening. This couple is always seen holding each others hands and smiling. Congratulations Louis and Mary Filoso!
